POLICIES
The tax rate is 10.9% and is added to the room rate and collected with the room rate upon checkin. It is not included in the rate that you are quoted.
Rates are quoted for double occupancy. There is a $50 per night charge for the use of a second bed in either the Carriage House or the Office Suite.
There is a two night minimum stay at all times in the Carriage House and Office Suite, and a two night minimum in the Master and Guest Suites in the Manor on event weekends. Please call if there are any questions.
A minimum seven day notice is required for cancellations; for cancellations in less than 7 days, the guest is responsible for one night's deposit, plus tax, unless you rebook within the same calendar year.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted and required for a reservation booking.
Stone Creek Manor is a non-smoking property (no smoking in buildings or on grounds).
Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by appointment. We are flexible and happy to accommodate your specific arrival but different check-in times should be arranged in advance. Please include approximate arrival time in reservation request.
Check out time is 12:00 PM, but just ask if you need it to be later.
Please use your cell phone number when making the reservation, so we have a valid contact number while you are travelling.
