Rates and Reservations
We may greet our guests beginning at 3:00 pm each day. Our check out time is 11:00 am. The Manor is a 'smoke free property" for adults only.
Reservations may be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. One night's deposit plus 10.7% Lodging Tax will be taken at the time of the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can view cottage availability by clicking on the availability calendar below:

Cancellations
We know that unavoidable events can cause plans to change. However, rebooking cancelled rooms can be difficult without sufficient time. Please take the time to read our cancellation policy.
Single room reservations will be charged 1 nights lodging for cancellations that occur less than 2 days prior to arrival.
Multiple room bookings (3 or more parties traveling together) will be charged one nights lodging per room for cancellations less than 10 days prior to our arrival unless rebooked.
Carriage House:
Daily: $215 plus tax of 10.7%
Maximum of two guests. Breakfast served 9 a.m.. (No Smoking Property, Adults Only Please)

The Carriage House accommodates two guests comfortably. Open Loft-Queen Bed. This two story cottage contains an open loft bedroom with an open-beamed ceiling. The cottage has a small living and dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. One 3/4 granite tiled bath with an oversized shower is on the main floor. No smoking. Queen Bed. 3/4 bath - 800sq. feet. Maximum of 2 guests.
Office Suite:
Daily: $245 plus tax of 10.7% Price is based on double occupancy. If more than two guests an additional fee of $50.00 will be applied.
Maximum of four guests.

The Office Suite provides comfortable accommodations for two adults. The suite contains a living/bedroom suite with a large sitting area, a formal dining area with bar, powder room, fully equipped modern kitchen, 3/4 marble tiled bath with oversized shower. No smoking. One Cal-King Bed. 1 1/2 Bath - 1250sq. feet.
Master Suite in the Manor
Daily: $190.00 plus tax of 10.7%
Maximum of two guests. Breakfast served 9 a.m.. (No Smoking Property, Adults Only Please).
The Master Suite in the Manor is located on the second floor of the Manor. Indulge yourself in our world of luxury! Come experience the "Great Gatsby" of the 1920's. Elegant Hollywood Glamour! King Size Sleigh Bed. 550 sq. feet. Maximum of two guests. En-Suite Private Bath.
Guest Suite in the Manor
Daily: $160 plus tax of 10.7%

The Guest Suite in the Manor is located upstairs on the second floor. A Four Poster Queen Bed with en-suite bath. Elegant Hollywood Glamour. 350 sq. feet. Maximum of two guests. En-Suite Private Bath. Queen Size Bed
Pets:
The Manor employs two very special Labrador Retrievers, so we kindly request that guests make other arrangements for their pets. No Pets allowed.
